Jamison Shaw Hairdressers prides itself on “giving back” to the community. One way we do this is through our donation of goods or services to charitable organizations for auction, sale or gifting at their fundraising events. To be eligible for a contribution, organizations or fundraisers should:
- Qualify for non-profit status under the Internal Revenue Code, and
- Benefit the community which we serve.
To request a donation for your fundraiser, please submit a written request including:
The organization or charity being benefited
A description of the event
Date of the event
Date the donation is requested to be received by
Name, address, and phone number of contact person
Who is picking up donation – donations must be picked up on scheduled completion day
Non-profit Internal Revenue Service Contribution form

No Phone calls please. Please allow ample time for us to consider and process your request. Because of the large volume of requests we receive, last minute requests typically cannot be honored.
